Novena for the Faithful Departed: Novena for the Faithful Departed runs from Sunday 2^nd November until Monday 10^th November. 

A Mass of Remembrance for the bereaved, offering consolation and hope, will be celebrated at the Vigil Mass at 6.00pm on 8^th November. Come early to light your “In loving memory candle”, available in the church on the night.

Plenary Indulgence: From 1^st to 2^nd November all who have confessed, received Holy Communion, and prayed for the Pope’s intentions can gain one plenary indulgence for the faithful departed by visiting a church, and there reciting one Our Father and the Apostles’ Creed. 
Confession may be made at any time within the week before or the week after 1^st November. 
Anyone who visits a cemetery between 1^st and 8^th November can gain one plenary indulgence each day for the Holy Souls on the conditions described above.

Autumn Biblical / Faith Formation Course: This online course begins on Tuesday 4^th November and will run weekly for six Tuesdays via Zoom. Each session lasts one hour and begins at 7.30pm. Sessions will be facilitated by Fr Gerard McCarthy SVD. Handouts and session audio recordings will be made available each week. To  join the course please forward your email address to gerardmccarthy@galwaydiocese.ie. A Zoom link will be provided the day before sessions begin. All are welcome.
